Cody and Joe

Toys R Us is closing for good Friday.  It was a huge part of our childhood and one of us used to go in specifically to ride bikes up and down the aisles. Pat has an idea where Geoffrey the Giraffe can land his next job, and there's something very special Tom used to do with his kids at Toys R Us.  A man in Arizona had a huge snake pop out of his hood and onto his windshield while he was driving. And Pat has the story of a 10 year old boy who suffers from seizures going above and beyond to help his service dog get much needed surgery in Thursday's verson of The Good Stuff.

Was that Luke Combs who was actually quoting The Bachelorette?   We all had bikes growing up and we all had "mishaps" with them.  Two of us had cool bikes, one of us had a nerdy bike.  What was yours like?  And how late is too late to apologize?  For one 90 year old man 74 years later is not too late at all.

The billboards around Sacramento trying to get LeBron James to come here and play for the Kings might be more effective if they'd Pat and Tom's suggestion.  A great love story about a couple who've been married for 56 years and the dedication that Des still has for Mona.  Pat, Tom and Cody all find out that they're somebody's "SideFriend."  Are you?  Here's 5 ways to tell.

Chris Pratt did a very cool thing over the weekend in Vacaville.  Cody got an indicator that she might be "grown up", and do you have more pictures of yourself or other people on your phone?

This morning we had to Big Question prize but we worked some magic and gave away something really.....well, it was all we had.  Why the Kings #2 overall draft pick will fit right in. When you see a quarter what's your first thought?  And in The Good Stuff a Lowes delivery man, on his day off, makes a 6 year old's day.

This morning we had a great Kings song in honor of their having the 2nd overall pick tonight.  It's the first day of summer so we asked what you're go to #1 summer thing is to do in Sacramento.  And Pat had an "encounter" with a former Sacramento King from that great team of the early 2000's.
