Today's topic of discussion is one reason a "stylist-hopper" client can turn into a loyal client. My guest is MS RDN Eleni who simply didn't have a connection with any stylist, so therefore she didn't have a reason to ever go back to them... Until she met her current stylist which she refers to as "the one" (because finding a stylist is just like dating). After finding a stylist she finally connected with, she came to the conclusion that loyalty is created through trust, and trust is created through honesty. Listen for more!
