This started out as a trial episode for Chris' own podcast. Ashley guided it so much better into what Chris had actually visioned so after this trial interview we decided the podcast will be both of ours. Which will be title "Coffee and Jiu Jitsu". Where we invite people we train with at Paradigm Academy in Lowell, Massachusetts under Professor Joey Sylvester to our house for some coffee and we chat about jiu jitsu.
