  • Deadly Protocol with Therese Hernandez
Therese Hernandez’s father, Joey was mistreated when he was admitted to the hospital for Covid-19. The hospital denied his patient’s “right to try” and only used the protocol that was instituted specifically for Covid-19 patients. Therese’s father was admitted on September 3, 2021 and passed away September 29, 2021. 7,000 pages of records revealed that the family was lied to. Joey’s story is not in isolation. There are hundreds of families experiencing the same exact scenario. The protocol being used in the hospital contains a drug called Remdesivir. It was used in during the Ebola outbreak and it killed hundreds of people. The WHO specifically stated in November of 2020, that under no circumstances should this drug be used for the treatment of Covid-19. However, this drug is only being used in the United States while other countries are using less expensive treatment options and are having better success rates. If you’d like to learn more about the dangers of Remdesivir and how much money hospitals make for using this protocol, venting a patient and how much money they receive per death, visit www.protocolkills.com If you would like to follow Therese’s Hernandez’s Facebook page, please follow Joey’s Angels. • Women’s Hair Loss
I have been suffering from Telogen Effluvian for a little over a year. Telogen Effluvian is hair loss triggered by a stressor (illness, surgery, accident). It’s been a long and at times, upsetting journey. What I have realized is that so many others are suffering from TE also. Most people who had Covid-19 have lost their hair after being sick and yes, that’s Telogen Effluvian. Along this journey I learned about treatment options, there are none for TE because it must run it’s course and it will eventually stop. But there are other forms of hair loss and there are some treatment options for those. I know for myself, taking care of my hair was never a thing. I took care of my skin, my teeth, my body- but not my hair. I took it for granted. Now I know how to take better care of my scalp and hair. I am mindful of the products I use and I am grateful for every single strand that stays put. If you are suffering from hair loss or know a someone who is, there are support groups that can help and people out there who understand what you’re going through. Please do not hesitate to reach out. Sometimes we need other people to give us hope and lift us up. If you have questions about hair loss or would like a support group recommendation, feel free to email me at @[email protected]

  • 45 Years of Wisdom
Happy Birthday to me! I turned 45 on November 14 and I figured why not share some of the wisdom I have accumulated in these 45 years. I am all about learning lessons and some I have learned with grace and some not so graciously. As I share my life lesson tidbits with you, I also want you to understand that not all of it may resonate with you. That’s OK! Take away what does resonate and leave the rest. PS- that’s actually one of my tidbits 😉

  • Raising Healthy Humans
Recently the Holistic Psychologist discussed the topic of what our parents unconsciously teach us. In turn, we learn to navigate the world in this way as well. Everything is molded around our parents behaviors. In my own healing journey, I have had the horrific pleasures of seeing some of these behaviors manifest in my own children- after all, they learned from me. But do we have to remain the people our parents have created around their own emotional disregulation? Nope. We can take a step back and unlearn what we have been conditioned to be and believe. I realized that I had to do this for the sake of my children so that they can grow into healthy adults.

  • Explant Anniversary and more on Breast Implant Illness
Today, October 12 is my 1 year explantaversary! What a year it’s been! A year of emotion, learning and challenges that all lead to growth. I also learned so much more about breast implant illness and proper explant protocols. I spent this year speaking to women who have been through this, pioneers in helping other women find resources and doctors to help them. One woman in particular was Amanda Porta @theholisticbeautycoach. She not only helped me but she brought me on as an extension of her holistic breast team. I was able to perform Reiki on women before or after their explant surgeries. I got to hear their stories. I am so grateful to have been a small part of their healing journey. This year I learned about detoxing the body. I prayed and meditated daily. I worked extremely hard this year in healing myself. It was a privilege to be able to do so and I took none of it for granted. Take a listen and celebrate with me! • Willowbrook State School- A Real Life Horror Story
Willowbrook state school was established in 1947 as a school for the, “mentally and physically defective and feeble minded” according to NY State governor at the time, Thomas Dewey. This school became the largest institution in the US yet gave way to the most deplorable living conditions. The students were left naked, sitting in their own feces and urine, abused and neglected. This real American horror story gave way to the FX Network series, American Horror Story, Asylum. This state school, once uncovered for its atrocities, became the College of Staten Island located in one of the 5 boroughs of NY City. Despite its beautiful sprawling campus, tunnels still lurk underneath this campus where gurneys, sheets and wall shackles still remain. This episode, although creepy, sheds light on how the mentally ill and disabled were treated then. Although we have come a long way, there still needs to be tremendous change in how the mentally ill and disabled are treated today. If you or a loved one suffers from mental illness or a physical disability and you are unsure of resources or their rights, please visit www.usa.gov/disability-rights for more information.

  • Dyslexia- An Ability
My son Justin was diagnosed with Dyslexia at 7 years old. Dyslexia is a language processing disorder yet often times gets confused as a “reading” disability. There are many misconceptions about this Ability. For example, Dyslexics see words backwards, which simply isn’t always true. While they may confuse letters such as d and b, entire words can disappear off the page or shake. I had to learn how to help my son because the educational system was failing him. We are our children’s best advocates. If you’d like to learn what dyslexia is, how to recognize it, and what a gift it can be, then this is great episode for you to dive into!
