It's week 3 with this month's book Kingdom of the Feared by Kerri Maniscalco and we're reading chapters 15-23. This week, Emilia starts putting things together about her past and finally decides on her mortality. We have a ton of questions about Vitorria's actions as well as Emilia's. A big reveal about one of our side characters also blows our minds!!

It's week 2 with Kingdom of the Feared by Kerri Maniscalco and we're reading chapters 7-12. This week, Emilia really leaves her old self behind and develops a blood lust that we wouldn't think she would have. She learns more about her curse and what she truly is and what her family did to save the mortals. Her sister, Vittoria is really embracing her villain era by kidnapping and beating up Emilia, Envy and Nonna which Emilia does not appreciate. We also get some sexy times between Emilia and Wrath and it's all that we wanted!

It's week one of our new year, new book! This month we are finishing up the Kingdom of the Wicked series by reading book 3, Kingdom of the Feared by Kerri Maniscalco, chapters 1-6. This week, we reacquainted ourselves with Emilia and Wrath and finally got some answers! Emilia has embraced her darker side and it's all love all the time with Wrath. However, Emilia's sister Vittoria is not all love all the time, and keeps getting in the way! On top of that, they need to solve a murder! So much to do!

This week's special episode has us surprising each other with our top reads that we've read together this year! Will we actually be surprised? Who knows!

It's our last week with The Nightmare Before Kissmas by Sara Raasch and we're reading chapters 17-22. This week, everything comes to a boiling point! Nick is in a love phase and living his most joyful life. Then Santa discovers what he's been planning and everything hits the fan! Hex and Nick get real about their relationship and Hex has to leave. Santa threatens Nick and Kris but Nick doesn't back down this time. Then we see what a royal Christmas wedding is really like!

It's week 3 with The Nightmare Before Kissmas by Sarah Raasch and we're reading chapters 12-16. This week, Coal and crew devise a plan to stop his dad from taking other's joy, they take an unsolicited visit to the town where Coal hears some things he doesn't want to hear, and Coal forces the nobles to watch some Christmas rom-coms. Oh yeah...and Coal and Hex get jiggy with it.

It's week 2 with The Nightmare Before Kissmass by Sara Raasch and we're reading chapters 6-11. This week, Nick learns some uncomfortable truths about what his father has been doing to Christmas, especially to Hex and he is NOT happy about it. He also can't seem to stay away from the Prince of Halloween, and the two of them get closer!

Its our first week with this month's book The Nightmare Before Kissmass by Sara Raasch and we're reading chapters 1-5. This week we meet our main characters, a brother duo who are the princes of Christmas. Nick aka Coal is a screw-up and makes a huge mistake before having a life-altering make-out session with a random in an alley. Two years later he finds out his father, Santa Daddy, has orchestrated his betrothal to his bestie - the Princess of Easter. But Halloween isn't happy with that and sends their own Prince to get in on the betrothal business and it turns out this prince, is Nick's make-out partner!

It's our last week with Iron Flame by Rebecca Yarros and we're reading chapters 52-end! This week, Andarna shows she can protect Violet just as well as Tairn, Violet, and Cat find common ground. Violet realizes that Xaden is hiding yet another secret but vows to stay by his side anyway. They get the wards up at Aretia but there's a problem with them - and General Melgren calls for help!

It's week 4 with Iron Flame by Rebecca Yarros and we're reading chapters 40-52. This week, Violet has to deal with a jealous ex both in her space and in her head, and Xaden has to alleviate her worries....on his throne! Meanwhile, Violet and Dain start to mend the rift between them as they research ways to get the wards working, and when Violet figures everything out, she hangs on to that information to respect the gryphon riders that are now a part of her squad.
