In this episode, I’m joined once again by Ivo Dominguez Jr. prolific author and long-time leader in the modern occult community. We’re discussing the newly updated, re-released edition of his book Spirit Speak: A Comprehensive Guide to Connect Beyond the Veil, and what it offers practitioners seeking clear, safe, grounded methods of spirit contact for divination and magical work. 

Ivo is not only one of my favorite guests to speak with and learn from - he was also one of the keynote speakers for the first annual Wylde Grove Gathering Online Leadership Summit, alongside 14 other incredible presenters, this past week in January, 2026. My guest in this episode is Mhara Starling, a Welsh folk Witch raised on the Isle of Anglesey. Mhara is a fantastic speaker, teacher, and author, and I met her for the first time at the Sacred Space conference this past year. It was wonderful to have her on the show!

In this conversation, we focused on Welsh Fairy lore and practices, and how that living tradition of relationship meets the arts of divination: omen-reading, scrying, working with the land, and ethics and good boundaries for working with Fairies in the modern world.

In this episode of Coffee and Divination, I’m joined by Dr. Gwendolyn Reece: Pagan priestess, theosophist, witch, and author of "The Waters of Mnemosyne." We discuss her wonderful new book, her work leading sacred pilgrimages to Greece, and her role in fostering deep spiritual community through ritual, scholarship, and devotion.

Our discussion touched on sacred memory in Orphic traditions, household religion and community, philosophy and living a good, human life, and the ways modern polytheists and mystics are reclaiming wisdom traditions. These are all topics that both Gwendolyn and I are very passionate about, and I really enjoyed hearing her thoughts and expertise regarding all of it. I hope you do as well!

In this episode, I'm joined once again by author and esoteric scholar Peter Mark Adams, whose newest work - Ritual and Epiphany in the Mysteries of Mithras: The Secret Cult of Saturn in Imperial Rome - offers a profound look into one of the most enigmatic mystery traditions of the ancient world.

We explore the sacred cosmology of Mithras, the structure and symbolism of the cult’s initiatory grades, and how these rites relate to the broader lineage of Orphic and Platonic spirituality. Along the way, we discuss ritual space, visionary experiences, and how these ancient practices can inform and aid seekers and practitioners today.

In this episode, it was wonderful to speak with my friend and fellow Priestess, Elyse Welles. Elyse is a Witch, sacred travel leader, and the author behind Seeking Numina. Elyse is also the co-host of the Magick Kitchen Podcast, a top spirituality podcast where she shares wisdom on Witchcraft, ritual, and more.

In today's episode, we talked about the act of pilgrimage to ancient sites in Greece, divination, and devotional relationships with Land spirits and Gods. Elyse travels widely, and her experiences helping others seek connection to Spirit made for an excellent conversation.

In this episode, our guest is Witch and Heathen priestess Irene Glasse. Irene is a teacher, tarot reader, oracular trance practitioner, musician with the Pagan band Kindred Crow, and a powerful ritualist and community leader based in Western Maryland. She serves as president of Frederick CUUPS, and is on the board of the Sacred Space Foundation.

I had the pleasure of meeting Irene in person at Sacred Space 2025, where her group led a fantastic Seidr ritual for attendees. In this conversation, we dive into Heathenry, oracular trance, ethics in divination, and the importance of building lasting spiritual community.
