Email: [email protected] As a special educator, I thought lack of energy, poor sleep, and constant sickness was just part of the job. I realized this was not the case when a friend introduced me to a healthier way of living. I started with one small change.
Once I built that habit, I made the next small change. When I took care of myself and got consistent, I was able to give more of myself to the things that were important to me --- my family, my students, my friends, my coworkers, my hobbies. Now I am helping others with their health journey...and I love it!
