Cogitations

I was sent a post in which was the craziest take on a passage of Scripture I have ever heard. I do not even have words to talk about it in this description. Tune in and check it out.

A couple of years ago we had a visitor that asked my why I was a Christian. My answer surprised him. I said, because even if it were not true, Christianity is a better way to live. Well, this is on the block to discuss today. Aaron is still out of town so I will be flying solo. I pray someting said will be edifying and informative.

It is that time of week again. I hope you tune in and enjoy the show. Normally we wait till the latter part of the show before taking comments. In our FFAF show we start with the comments. I pray something is said that edifies and informs.

I heard a sermon years ago that stuck with me. Are you considering yourself to be on a cruise ship or a battle ship when it comes to your view of the church? In this episode we will look at each of these paradigms and notice the detestable nature of the one in contrast to the righteousness of the other.

This one is from one of the comments on a video we did here lately. The question for consideration, what is meekness? I pray someting edifying and informative is said here that will help you along on your journey to eternity.

Every so often we need to revisit the foundation of our faith. The gospel is the place to start there. I pray you tune in and someting said is edifying and informative.

For this episode we have a listener question. I have been sitting on it for awhile. It was a long message that I needed time to digest and cogitate over. I believe I have my thoughts collected enough now to discern and answer the core question.

Here is the question we will answer today:

Does venting about a difficult situation to trusted friends and family constitute gossip, and does the person need to seek out and apologize to those they vented to in order to be right with God?

I pray someting is said that will edify and inform.

This one is from one of Aaron's FaithWalks. I decided to develop the topic into a podcast. I pray something said is informative and edifying.

Today Aaron and Tony will be discussing the harmony between Justice and Mercy and how God can be just whilst not punishing mankind for the sin committed. The idea of exceptions to rules and commandments will be discussed as well. We pray someting said will edify and inform.
