Cogitations episodes

  • about right conclusions from wrong verses s4e47

This episode is from a meme about living faithful and being saved. A verse was cited to prove the point of the meme but the verse did not have anything to do with the point trying to be proved. This episode is my thoughts about this issues. I hope you are edified and informed.

  • about divorce and the present distress s4e46

I love when questions come in through my social media. This episode answers a listener question. Can a woman separate from her spouse for exigent circumstances given she remain unmarried for the rest of her life? I hope you will take the time to listen to my answer and leave me a comment or send me a message through the Cogitations Facebook page and let me know what you think.

So often the term, good, is thrown around with no real understanding of the biblical definition of it. Take a listen to this episode as I discuss this phenomenon. I hope I have edified and informed.

  • about reasoning together s4e43

I am titling this one reasoning together as this is the main point of the episode. In this episode I talk about a conversation that I have with a brother who is working through the issue of mechanical instruments of music accompanying praise and worship to God. I hope you are edified and informed. Also, this is cross posted on the We Talk Truth podcast channel. You ought to go over there and check it out.

  • about ”them” being after our children.

"We can talk all day long about claiming the culture back for Christ, pushing back against the evil in the world, and reaching the lost, but so long as Christians keep handing their children right back to the world, any progress we make will die out in a generation."

The above is a quote from the article I read for this episode. It was released in October of 2021. In it is made some very good points. I hope the episode today edifies and informs.
