Today we're in the oldest recorded town in England, Colchester! It's here, in 1076 that William the Conqueror plundered the local Roman architecture to build the first and largest of his great keeps, Colchester Castle. We're here to learn about the castle's history as a county gaol, it's affiliation with witch hunting, and the origins of fake news... Joining us for the time behind bars are our two fantastic guests - Ben & Biancha!
