In this sixth episode Stephen Pearse interviews his co-host Bill Hamel on the ninth investment property of Bill's career. This investment was Bill’s first commercial property and another win at auction. When he arrived at the auction, he was not planning on purchasing the property. Bill discusses how filling a commercial lease can be more difficult than a residential lease and then he explains how he was able to flip the property for a big gain in about 15 months. 

This episode gives a great example on a residential investor making their first investment in the commercial space and being successful.
