The duration of both the programs are different; one is of 24 months and the other one is of 12 months. But the major difference between the two is the certification. You will get passing certificate from IMT ghaziabad and deakins business school for the 24 months program, 

whereas for a 12 months program you will get a passing certificate from Deakins Business school only. 

Speaking of a 24 months program there will be 10 to 12 hours of study per week.
