She started her food industry business in the middle of a pandemic. That’s right and has it the ground running. It was actually after some frustration with a 3rd party delivery service she experienced that made her want to create this business. Funny enough she hasn’t even done any delivery like she thought she was going to be doing.

She started getting really involved with the community and the amount of connection running her business was an unexpected perk of running her food truck.

What were you doing in 1971?

Well, my next guest was in Thailand serving for the US Air Force had just begun getting into photography.

He has been able to watch his industry completely change when the digital age hit and he was resistant to it at first but gave into it about 7 years ago and has fully embraced it since.

He’s been able to take his mastery in photography and combine it with the newest technological advances and use them to his advantage.
