A lot of people think of MENTAL Wellness when the word "wellness" comes up. It is the primary type of wellness that is continuously spoken about, taught, and practiced (rightfully so) . However, I think it is jus as important to practice and work on all other methods of wellness as well. When we don't, we ultimately suffer. So today, I focus on physical wellness, namely exercising and what may happen if we continue to neglect it as well as mind hacks  to keep us motivated to MOVE!

We tackled film first and now we are moving onto education. COVID-19 has completely changed the way we know and see as dwellers, students, mentors, entrepreneurs, consumers, brothers, sisters, friends, etc. 

I have decided to take it upon myself to find out exactly how? I am completing a series where I speak with YOU! about how COVID has affected way of life. We need to learn from the lessons of pandemic and this is my way of doing so. If you have an industry, you would like me to talk through/research, let me know!!
