.5oz lime juice

1 teaspoon simple syrup

2 dashes Angostura bitters

End of Summer

1.5oz rye

.75oz St. Germain

TBSP Simple

.75oz lemon juice

1oz apple juice

Add in shaker; pour into glass and top w/champagne
