Gin Cocktail #2 (a.k.a. the Gin Spencer)
• About a quarter pear, cubed
• 1 jalapeño slice, seeded
• 1 ounce maple syrup
• .5-ounce lemon juice
• 2 ounces Tom's Town™ Botanical Gin
Add all ingredients save gin in a shaker. Muddle; add ice and gin. Shake and strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a slice of pear.
• 1.5 ounces bourbon
• .5-ounce triple sec
• .5-ounce maple syrup
• 2.5 ounces cold brew coffee
• Cream or milk to taste
Combine all ingredients save cream or milk in a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into rocks glass and top with cream or milk. Garnish with orange peel or zest.
Angry Colt (Nick's version of Tom's Town™ Angry Goat)
• 2 ounces bourbon
• 1 ounce strawberry habanero syrup
• .5-ounce lime juice
• 1 ounce Lillet Rosé
Add ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a coupe or martini glass.
