We’ll talk about several truths that can help us manage our mental health. The first is the knowledge and hope that God is aware of us and has a plan for our success. The second is that we must act in faith in order to overcome the difficulties we face. The third is a pattern of anxiety management that can be found in a close study of the events surrounding the First Vision.
