In our 7th episode we are discussing projection -- a defense mechanism people subconsciously employ in order to cope with difficult feelings or emotions. Psychological projection involves projecting undesirable feelings or emotions onto someone else, rather than admitting to or dealing with the unwanted feelings. We share our observations on how we see it show up in the world and within ourselves and our own relationships with others.
