What. A. Drop!

We're trying something a little new (and simple) this time around for episode 45, and boy, do we ever have issues.

This was fun to break away from the main Big Two superheroes and such, and will be an episode archetype we bring back again - enjoy or off yourself.

Across the Pages (AxP) is our series where we take two similar-ish characters/teams/properties from different creators or publishers and give their various forms of media a well-deserved spotlight.

This time, it's all about the over-powered, underused elementals of DC and Marvel: Swamp Thing the avatar of The Green and Iceman, the omega level, ice-powered mutant. Easily comparable characters for an episode of AxP, and also two of our favourites.

In this episode, we cover: 

It came out 4 years ago, yes, but we've never talked about it... So here it is. The fact that it goes on for longer than most of our Bottle Cap Reviews is enough to prove that we had lots to talk about, from Harley to Deadshot to Boomerang to Slipknot to that damn soundtrack. And Joker. The, um... very unique take on Joker.

One thing we love doing on our Arc Analysis series: finding hidden gems, outside of the big 2 publishers, like this comic right here. It's as self-explanatory as they come and that is a nice change of pace from epic, sprawling adventures for a more focused, but grizzly idea.
