This week, the Comic Talkers continue on with Black Panther month as they discuss one of the biggest and most forgotten rivalries in all of Marvel Comics. This rivalry, of course, is the rivalry between Wakanda and Atlantis, also known as Black Panther and Namor. Black Panther, T'Challa, ruler and protector of the advanced civilization of Wakanda vs. Namor, the ruler and protector of the advanced and forgotten civilization of Atlantis. They have come to blows on multiple occasions, even to points where both nations were at war with each other. Tune in as Brandon and William discuss some of these events that has transpired throughout the years and discuss the conflicted relationship between Black Panther and Namor.

This week, The Comic Talkers review the Netflix Anime, "Record of Ragnarok." Released on Netflix in June of 2021, "Record of Ragnarok" pits Ancient Gods against some of the human race's greatest warriors for the future of mankind. Thirteen of the Greatest Warriors against Thirteen Gods. If the warriors win, humans will be allowed to exist for another 1,000 years, but if the God's win, it will lead to the eradication of the human race. William and Brandon discuss the story, the animation, and even the picks that both sides choose to fight on their behalf (maybe even discuss who they would have picked for the human warriors).

This week, the Comic Talkers take on one of the best storylines when it comes to the character of Black Adam. "Black Adam: The Dark Age," written by Peter Tomasi with art by Doug Mahnke and Christian Alamy, takes place after the events of DC Comic's "52" and "World War III" series. This story shows us a broken Black Adam, recently stripped of his powers and on the run from the law, as he tries to bring his deceased wife back to life.  In order to achieve this goal, unlikely alliances are made as Black Adam does whatever it takes to get what he wants. This week, the Comic Talkers continue on with Black Adam month as they discuss one of the most important teams in all of comics, the Justice Society of America. Introduced to the comic book world in All-Star Comics #3 all the way back in 1940, the Justice Society became the first superhero team up in comic book history. The original team consisted of The Flash (Jay Garrick), Green Lantern (Alan Scott), The Atom (Al Pratt), Doctor Fate, Sandman, Hawkman, and Hourman. Over the years the team has grown and has been jam packed with awesome superheroes. Listen in as Brandon and William discuss the Justice Society's first appearance, how this team existed with the Justice League, and the Justice Society's Origin.

This episode marks the end of Comic Book Movie Month as the Comic Talkers with guests James Gibson and Tyrone Phit collaborate on what they feel are the Top 10 Anime Movies of All-Time. Keep in mind, we did not include movies that are based off any anime series. These movies were all stand-alone anime movies.
