For this episode, the Comic Talkers continue on with Ant-Man and the Wasp Month with their monthly book club. And for this book club, Mari and Brandon will cover the story "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Lost and Found." This story was a five issue mini-series released from June 2018 to September 2018 and was written by Mark Waid with art by Javier Garrón. This is a fun and exciting tale that allows us to see an epic team-up between Scott Lang (Ant-Man) and Nadia Van Dyne (The Wasp) as they learn to work together to find a way to escape the Quantum Realm. Will they escape or see themselves in realities they are unfamiliar with? Tune in to find out!

For this episode, Comic Talkers Mari and Brandon round up Justice League Month by introducing a new segment to the podcast called History Through Comics. The purpose of History of Comics is to show that you can learn more about history through the eyes of a comic book. That comic books can be utilized as a tool to help students understand the purpose of learning history. And what better way to start this segment off than with Darwyn Cooke's "DC: The New Frontier." This six-issue mini-series was released from March 2004 to November 2004 written and drawn by the late, great, Darwyn Cooke. This story takes us back to the Silver Age of Comics from the years that followed World War II to the early 1960's and shows how historical events that transpired during this time affected the superhero community.

For this episode the Comic Talkers with guests Freddy Betances and Elmer Gonzalez (from the Pulling These Podcast) along with Tyrone Phit take on a vs. battle for the ages as they discuss who would win in a fight that pits the Justice League against the Avengers. Welcome to the New Year! The Comic Talkers gather at the Control Deck of the Watchtower to kick off Justice League Month. With new co-host Mari (@the_quiver on TikTok) and Special Guest Freddy from the Pulling These Podcast, they take on a daunting task, nothing like they have seen before. With Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman missing, it is up to Brandon, Mari, William, and Freddy to form their own Justice League that will help preserve peace on Earth while defending them from threats beyond civilian control. Tune in as they will draft what they feel would be the best Justice League team. Who will they choose? Who won’t make their teams? And what villains will their teams face? Stay Tuned to find out!

This is will kick off also a year long book club that Mari and Brandon will be covering. It is the DC year long event called "52" which talks about the year missing between the event "Infinite Crisis" and "One Year Later" which also puts the heroes of the Justice League in the same debacle. With Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman missing, who will fill in these roles in their absence.
