Comics Place presents... (formerly Perfectly Acceptable Podcast by Comics Place)

Folks! Thanks for sticking with us for 100 episodes, and thank you also for your patience on this one being a couple days late. As a thank you (and a justification for its tardiness) we’ve made this one a Giant-Sized 100th Episode spectacular! Like… it’s foolishly long… and unedited soI hope that we don’t say anything terrible…Where we (Roman, Django, and Jeff) along with Colette (YEAH!), talk about the weeks books, and we also have a special secondary segment in which we talk about some of our all time favorite Writers and Artists (not in that order). It’s a podcast for the ages, which means this one may not be for you… It’s long, its meandering, but we got enough requests to do an unedited full-lengther, so we’re doing it. Oh! Also! We got our first sponsor this week! Which means we’ve really grown up. So don’t forget to follow the instructions and claim your prize for being a PAPCAST listener! We love you all! That’s… murphysapplejuice.com/papcast

99 episodes in and we’re finally exploring the nuances of our personalities. In this episode, Braden, Jeff, and Django discover Roman’s deep understanding of Roman Numerals. And Django hands out more than his fair share of Wolf-tickets. We some how pivot from that emotional black-hole to buddy filled conversation about Fantastic Four #2, She Could Fly #3, Journey Into Mystery: The Birth of Krakoa #1, MCMLXXV #1, & House of Whispers #1. It’s a good time! Trust me! No seriously, c’mere!

Including Batman #54, Cosmic Ghost Rider #3, Silver Surfer Annual #1, Cover #1, United States vs Murder Inc. #1, Bordertown #1, and Thhe Immortal Hulk #5! And sooo much more!

Alright folks, we’re back with an ACTUAL episode of the podcast. Not an apology-cast, an actually perfectly acceptable podcast. Braden, Jeff, & Roman are dishing out the hot-takes this week, and they’re running long to do it (Since last week was definitely short). It’s a good one, unless you’re here for dust and toots… our dust and toot’s expert is on assignment week. We’re talking Runaways #12, Scarlet #1, X-23 #3, Lex Luthor & Porky Pig #1, Moon Knight #198, & of course, Web of Venom: Ve’nam #1.

Listen folks, the Pod Goblins finally got us. Not only once, but twice. So what this is, is hopefully a perfectly acceptable apology. We're really sorry everybody, We couldn't use the audio from last weeks show, so we just tried to record an apology-cast, then that one crashed and we lost it.... So this is what happens when all hope seems lost....
