We banter. We banter A LOT. If everyone at the podcast suddenly died then whoever went through our archives would find an Emily-Dickinson-level amount of work left on the cutting room floor. So we're changing it up. Daniel Brown, Special Guest Matt Moseley, and Norm de Plume all love comedy and it would seem appropriate to put this particular amount of banter up because we discuss our love of it in regards to film.
Yes, one of the members of the podcast defends Hudson Hawk because that movie is fucking awesome. However, don't take that as a reason to believe the overall cast doesn't understand comedy.

This week the cast decides to get serious(ish) about what really matters: SUMMER EVENTS! Daniel Brown, Norm de Plume, and Special Guest Matt Moseley spend the majority of the time talking about Marvel's Secret War event. The why, what, who, and ramifications will be discussed. And, yes, we keep the banter/general wrestling talk to a minimum...is what we would say if we actually did.

The mileage we can get off of an issue of SG(y?)LL is insane. It's worth noting that this particular installment is the first time Daniel Brown, Special Guest Matt Moseley, and Norm de Plume have all been in the same room to discuss an issue of Lois Lane.
Superman smokes a cigar, operates an elevator, and hides (what is basically) a kill room from Lois Lane. It's something special.

Sorry for missing the last week, but we hope to make it up to you by releasing a Sunday episode *and* an episode by Wedensday. That's the Comics Talk Comics guarantee.
This week we continue our discussion about SG(WN?)LL. We try to get to the bottom of why the most powerful man in the world has been relegated to an episode of I Love Lucy. It's going to be a real gee golly swell time.

Once again, Comics Talk Comics is back to review an issue of Lois Lane. We start off with 1/3 of the issue, which clocks in at a whole 9 pages. In that span we watch Superman: Put a satellite into space. Disguise his voice to sound like a 19 year old woman. Make a dress out of pure gold. HUNT PIRATE TREASURE. Propose to a woman.
Curious what all that means? Just download the 'cast. Yea, we're calling it a 'cast while drinking sodas that have "Extreme" written on the side of them. Also, stick around afterward for a lot of noise between Daniel Brown and Norm de Plume.

The final issue of the comic book that kicked off the whole show: NFL Super Pro #12. The boys get together to have one last hurrah for the greatest bad comic book, ever. Daniel Brown, Norm de Plume, and Special Guest Matt Moseley weigh in on the send-off of the hero that the NFL doesn't want, but also doesn't need.
After the ending "bow...bow wow wow wow wow woooooow" song we do something we never really do on the Comics Talk Comics podcast: We talk about our favorite jokes.

We are nearing the end of the road. The 2nd to final issue of NFL Super Pro promises much and, as always, delivers some. The Constrictor shows up to fight Super Pro? Will he succeed? Will Phil somehow accidentally kill him? Find out on another issue of Comics Talk Comics. Oh, and stay with us after the credits. We talk a little pop culture and manage to keep the wrestling talk to a few minutes.

Daniel Brown, Norm de Plume, and Special Guest Matt Moseley continue down the path of madness. This week we discuss the musings of a wise sumo wrestler as he teaches members of the Karate Kommandos life lessons.
Oh, who are we kidding? It's a Chuck Norris comic book. We are funny. We talk about it. We encourage children to cheat at sports. We spend some time trying to get people to read Infowars.com. How are you not listening to this right now?!

We continue on with the second half of Chuck Norris Karate Kommandos. Since this issue was recorded directly after the first CNKK this might be the least responsible podcast we've ever made.
"The Banana 7000."
"A Fistfull of Beards."
"Chuck Norris' code name is 11-11-11."
"The Banana 7000."
"This explains why on Facebook I saw that ninjas wanted $15.00 an hour."
"Fatality: Diabetes!"
Oh, and how can we forget: "The Banana 7000."
Please join us as the gang goes to a dark, dark place and tries to understand what drives Chuck Norris. Also, find out which members are in love with David Bowie, Frank Capra, and Jonathan Brandis!

Welcome back to another edition of ComicsTalkComics. Today we bring to you the comic we all deserve: Chuck Norris. Daniel Brown, Special Guest Matt Moseley, and Norm de Plume (with a Secret Super Special Guest) discuss the inner workings of the Karate Kommandos. Picture this:
A dangerous, powerful weapon equipped with all the fixings of suspense and action. It rolls on four wheels of death into the sunset with only the bodies of enemies laying in it's wake. Also, it looks exactly like an RV.
Join us for Part 1 of a special, drunken Friday look at all that is man.
