The Comeback Couch is back for another season!
We’re doing things a little differently this season with some themed series, but we’re keeping the main thing the main thing and that’s finding Jesus in our stories and realizing our comebacks are ultimately because of Him coming back from death and grave.
This season, we’ll be talking to some therapists, single moms navigating grief, friends of mine navigating motherhood alongside me, some of your favorite guests who are coming BACK to the comeback couch, and we’ll certainly have a few surprises along the way.
We’ll be chatting about church hurt, shame, mental health, loss, self-love from a godly perspective, taking our callings seriously, and why little things at home, at work, in relationships, and out in the world matter more than we realize when it comes to the comeback stories of people we encounter.
In this episode, you’ll hear from Kaitlin as she discusses how we can comeback from self-sabotage.
February is a month of love, but we’re talking about how to comeback from the lies the enemy has led you to believe about loving (and hating) yourself. God is love and created us from love, so we were designed with pure love in mind.
