Host Anne-Marie Zanzal and her guest, Kwavi, have a great deal of sympatico in their work lives. Both work to help women overcome ageism, the constructs of heteronormativity, build courage and blow past their comfort zones. Where they diverge is in the populations they serve – Anne-Marie works with women in their 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond to come out later in life, and Kwavi works with women from all walks of life who are 50+.

Kwavi is a certified life coach, speaker, author of the book "50 Questions to Answer When You Reach 50," and a life-long member of "Team Have Fun!" Her mission is to help empower women to take control of their lives on their own terms, and embrace their next chapter as a fascinating and exciting journey. She is a wife, a mother of 2 teenage boys and has been featured on CBS, NBC, ABC, Best Self Magazine and the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
