Honoring an incredible woman, Patsy Takemoto Ming, during Womans History Month. I am in awe at her challenges, her preservice and her accomplishments. She didn't let racism, male chauvinism, gender bias or dirty backroom tricks hold her back or stop her from achieving the goals she set out for herself.

Born in Hawaii, her father a civil engineer, mother a stay-at-home mom, Patsy set out into the world with the determination to accomplish all of her Goals!

I had some glitches with this recording as well, and once again my microphone recorded Patsy as Cathy (weird) I am continuing to try to figure out that issue.

This episode is about our Missouri Representative Vicki Hartzler.  An evangelical Christian, aka Mennonite, a 'family' Farmer who is running for retiring Missouri senator Roy Blunts seat.  Mo. Sen. Hawley has endorsed her.  

So, she is a woman who using her Christian values that she has had to change to fit her narrative, to allow her to make rules and laws that Missourians must follow, let's look at that.

side note: for some reason my Microphone recorded 'Cathy' several times when I said Vicki, and I tried to catch them all to reedit...so if I missed a few, 'Cathy' was supposed to say 'Vicki'.

The only F Bomb in this Pod is in the title, and the one time she used it in the interview.  This is Tina's story, and I don't think she said it, nor I in the Pod, but we all have a story.  It makes us who we are, the Tina's journey in California and her perspective regarding why people do what they do, grounded me.  I thought I had empathy but Tina reminded me, it goes deeper.  We all have a journey, a challenge, pain to mask.
