Ever feel like you're doing everything right…but something still feels off?
Like no matter how hard you work, how much you win, how much you provide—it's never quite enough. You're crushing it professionally…but at home, you're irritable, disconnected, or just numb.
If that hits home, you're not crazy. You're not broken. You just might be glitching. 👀
This week on the Coming Up Clutch with J.R.™ show, I'm sit down with Dr. Don Wood—mindset and trauma expert, author, and the creator of the TIPP Method. He's helped pro athletes and CEOs reboot their minds and experience next-level peace and performance.
And for real, Don flipped the switch on how I view anxiety, depression, and that low-level restlessness that so many of us think we just need to push through.

What's your mindset when the pressure is ON? Do you freeze? Overthink? Choke?
Or do you get present, dialed-in, and ready for the moment — no matter how big it is?
Let's be real… Most guys say they're built for the big moments — but behind the scenes, they're terrified of blowing it. They're obsessed with the OUTCOME, not the OPPORTUNITY.
That's why I had to get 2x World Series Champion, Jonny Gomes, on the Coming Up Clutch with J.R.™ show. This dude's life is a masterclass in pressure-tested performance. He's survived a tragic car accident, survived a heart attack, and experienced more adversity before age 22 than most experience in a lifetime. But somehow, he still found a way to rise — and come up CLUTCH when it mattered most.

You ever feel like God's been stripping things away…and you're left wondering what you did wrong?
The contract falls through. A friend ghosts you. That "safe" comfort zone? Gone.
Your first thought? "What the heck did I do?"
But here's the hard truth I had to face: God doesn't prune because you're failing. He prunes because he wants you to be fruitful.
That's why in this week's 5-Minute Drill on the Coming Up Clutch with J.R.™ show, I'm breaking down a counterintuitive (but transformational) strategy to help you stop interpreting every loss as a punishment, reframe the setback you're in as a setup for something greater, and let go without feeling like you're falling apart.
So if you've ever felt like something's being taken away because of something you did wrong — and you feel stuck in panic, guilt, or confusion because of it — then lock into this episode.

What do you do when your team is full of talent…but you're still carrying all the weight?
You know what I'm talking about — that moment you realize you're the one pushing every conversation forward…
...holding everyone accountable…
...keeping the mission alive.
It's exhausting.
Let's be real — you're not leading a team. You're dragging one. That's why I'm excited to share the conversation I had with leadership expert and #1 NYT Best-selling author, Keith Ferrazzi — a man who's worked with some of the most elite executive teams in the world — think General Motors, the country of Bhutan (yes, the country), and some of the fastest-growing startups in tech. Keith just released a new book called Never Lead Alone and it's a straight-up manual for how the best leaders are shifting from command and control to building teams that actually LEAD WITH THEM.

You ever get hit with,"You seem annoyed to be home" (even though you haven't said a word)?
This one stings. But let's be real — it's usually true. Not because you're annoyed, but because your emotions are talking — even when you're not.
The pressure.
The meeting that went sideways.
The teammate who threw you under the bus.
You didn't leave that stuff at work…
You brought it home, like emotional sweat clinging to your soul.
Here's the kicker: Your silence doesn't protect your family from your stress—it AMPLIFIES your stress. That's why this week's 5-Minute Drill on the Coming Up Clutch with J.R.™ show is a must listen. I'm giving you a proven, science-backed, faith-fueled strategy to help you recognize the hidden signals you're sending, reset your presence in less than 5 minutes, and walk in the door with a calm, confident leadership—no matter how tough your day's been. What's your response when life punches you in the gut? When everything you've built gets ripped away in an instant? When your health is on the line and your future is up in the air?
Most people crumble. They get consumed by fear. They ask, "Why me?"
But not this week's guest on the Coming Up Clutch with J.R.™ show. Adel Sayegh didn't just face a billion-dollar betrayal — he was handed a death sentence. While building his empire, he found out the people closest to him were embezzling millions. And just when he thought things couldn't get worse — pancreatic cancer. Most people would've thrown in the towel. But not Adel. What he did next will leave you stunned.
If you're ready to hear an overcomer's story that goes beyond inspiration and actually gives you tools to transform your pain into purpose (and build unshakeable faith), then don't miss today's episode.

Asking someone else to hold you accountable is a good thing, right?
Well, not exactly. If you're anything like me, you've heard some variation of "Accountability is what separates the elite from the average." So, it seems natural that if you want to win and achieve your goal, you'd approach someone to hold you accountable. I did this for years.
But here's the hard truth: If you're relying on others to hold you accountable, you're missing the point of accountability.
For years, I believed that accountability meant someone else tracking my progress…reminding me to do the work…pushing me when I slowed down. But after seeing this attempt at accountability fail over and over, I realized the biggest mistake I was making - I was putting the responsibility of accountability on someone else instead of creating a system for it myself.
But the good news? I found the fix.
In this week's episode of the Coming Up Clutch with J.R.™ show, I break down the one mistake that's holding you back from true accountability and the success you deserve — and then give you a simple strategy to get it right. No more waiting for someone else to chase you down. Elite performers don't ask for accountability — they create an environment where accountability thrives. So, if you're tired of relying on others to keep you in check and you're ready to take control of your success, then lock into this episode.

That gap between where you are and where you want to be? It's suffocating you. It's got you questioning what you're doing wrong. And let's be real — you might even be thinking, "I'm a failure."
I've been there. The frustration…the self-doubt…the pain of feeling like your goals are still out of reach. Trust me—I've faced that big gap between dreams and reality more times than I can count. I've hit major roadblocks, fallen flat on my face, and thought I'd never get where I wanted to go.
