Xolani reflects on human rights day, as South Africans commemorate the Sharpeville massacre, the country should be honest about how it has failed to ensure all South Africans enjoy their constitutional rights.
The truth is, if anything, we seem to be moving away fast from the human rights dispensation that our Constitution envisaged.
