After the preventable deaths of more than 100 people from Life Esidimeni you would have thought that people would tread very carefully around how they deal particularly with the most vulnerable in our society.These strikes must be conducted according to the law and that first and foremost consideration of life must be the preeminent issue.

Police discovered that firearms were missing during inspection on Tuesday. You've got to ask yourself if they do this to a police station, where does this put you and I.

Thugs are so brazen that they have no respect whatsoever for the police. We need 'back to basics' where police play the role they used to play in society, respectable, so that thugs are not able to do things they have done here.

Xolani reflects on The Department of Basic Education report on over 15 000 pupils that fell pregnant during the 2015 academic year.

The department should put guidelines in place to ensure that pupils are not pushed out of the schooling system after pregnancy.

SGBs tend to kick these girls out, and once you kick them out it's almost impossible to get them back to the schooling system. It's important then we should have a national guideline that says if a girl falls pregnant in your school this is how much time she has to spend at home with the child and come back to the schooling system.
