I appeared on behalf of the NYS Elections Commissioner Association and my Democratic Caucus of Commissioner to ask for NYS Funding for county Board of Elections as well as capital funding to replace equipment.  Members also asked questions on Voter ID, Moving elections to even years, and proper timing of village elections.  Enjoy.
