This week I do a quick update on the pending court proceedings for #SD50 and then I interview Susan Lerner of Common Cause New York.  We talk about the last election and priorities for election law reform in the next session of the NYS Legislature.  Enjoy.

This week I talk about the end of the manual hand count canvass for #SD50 today and what are the next steps to bring this race to a conclusion..  I also talk about our certification of 2022, the signing of the Wrong Church law, and redistricting lawsuits in Broome and Monroe and what that may mean for Onondaga.  Enjoy.

I give an update on the hand count in the #SD50 race as we have canvassed over 50k of the 95k ballots in this race.  We may be done by Tuesday.  We also plan to certify the 2022 General election tomorrow.  Visit onvote.net to get the results once done.

Today I give un update on the hand count in #SD50.  We were able to canvass nearly 14k ballots in the first day.  The counting will continue until all of the nearly 90k ballots are hand counted and we finally have final results for this race.

Today I talk about the state of the #SD50 race, the results of the judicial review of objected to ballots, what goes into certification, and preview of the hand count that starts Tuesday November 29, 2022.

In today's Zoom with Czarny I speak with Tom Keck of CNY Solidarity.  We chat about the SCOTUS term that just started and what the mid-term elections mean for Democracy.  I also react to the close races at the Onondaga County Board of elections.

Today I talk about the resolution of the court case and the numbers as they stand for Onondaga County and SD50.  We will be scanning ballots tomorrow and may get an idea of the final numbers for Sheriff, #NY22, and #SD50 by the end of the day or on Thursday.

I give an update on the post-election canvass including the states of the #SD50 and #NY22 races.  I also do an overview of absentee, affidavit, and unscanned emergency ballots and a timeline of how we will move forward.

This week I talk with Jarret Berg executive director and founder of Vote Early NY.  We talk about NY's 4th general Election EV period and how the expanded sites have made it easier to vote.  We also talk about the fallout of the absentee lawsuit being rejected and what that means for Bi-partisan boards of elections.  Enjoy.
