Eddie had prolotherapy and treatments for weak joints, but it was a slow process. He needed to take breaks in between treatments to let body heal. The treatment involves injecting a fluid into the affected areas, which can cause pain during the treatment, but it helps with instability symptoms and allows the body to heal and improve. The swelling after the treatment acts as a splint, providing stability and reducing symptoms. There may be pain for a few days after, but ultimately there is improvement, and the treatments have been proven with imaging and tests.
Frank shares his experience on the carnivore diet. He explains how he was motivated to start the diet after being bullied for his weight and struggling with emotional eating and food addiction. He found that the carnivore diet helped him control his cravings and lose weight. He also discusses how the diet changed his relationship with food and improved his health. He advises others to put aside any biases and give the carnivore diet a chance to see its benefits. Quote, “I want to talk about my journey through the carnivore diet and why I think it's a cheat code to life. I started the diet because I was struggling with my weight and health, and after doing research and watching videos, I decided to give it a try. Within the first month, I noticed improvements in my energy levels, mood, and sleep. I lost weight and my body composition changed in a way I had never experienced before. The diet focuses on eating animal products and (3:44) I became carnivore by accident after going through a bad divorce and coming to the realization that I needed to take control of my health and well-being. I had weak willpower and decided that setting simple rules, such as not purchasing sweets for myself, was a more doable approach. After cutting out sweets and then carbs, I came across information about the carnivore diet and decided to give it a try, figuring it couldn't make things much worse for me. I want to make sure our son was always taken care of.”

In Anna’s own words, “I’m just a mom who grew up in the standard American food system, became a victim of it, and now I’m trying to break free from that system for my own health and lost 100 lbs along the way. I’m constantly learning more and trying to figure out how to set my own family up for health and success as they grow…not perfectly, just consistently. I’m on instagram to encourage women that anyone can do what I’ve done.”

Eddie became carnivore after experiencing a panic attack in his teenage years. He suffered from various symptoms such as chronic fatigue and excruciating pain that occurred whenever he felt an emotion. Doctors diagnosed him with anxiety, but he knew there was something more. He was eventually forced to get a job at Walmart during the pandemic and found relief through the carnivore diet. Eddie shares his experience with the debilitating symptoms he has been experiencing, including difficulty breathing and pain in his neck. After two years of visiting doctors and specialists without receiving a diagnosis, he suffers a severe breakdown and is rushed to the hospital. Despite being misdiagnosed with asthma, the speaker continues to have episodes and eventually discovers through his own research that he may have cranial cervical instability (CCI). Eddie worked physically demanding jobs and attempted to maintain a healthy diet, but his symptoms continued to worsen. He eventually became so debilitated that they could not even leave their house and thought he might die. He was eventually hospitalized and believed his condition may have been caused or worsened by a chiropractic treatment he was receiving. By March 2022, due to previous dietary changes, he became very unwell and felt near death. A chiropractor helped Eddie diagnose his issue of loose ligaments throughout his body that were causing physical pain when he felt emotions. He began exploring various health and diet theories, including Dr. Gundry and Dave Asprey and eventually came across Bart Kay who he initially disliked but eventually found he had a deep understanding in his lecture recordings.
