Connecticut VOICE, the state’s premier magazine dedicated exclusively to the LGBTQ+ community, is pleased to announce The Inaugural Connecticut VOICE Honors Gala. The event takes place on Saturday, September 17th, 2022 at 6pm, inside the stunning Premier Ballroom at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut.

The evening will be filled with nationally recognized entertainment, Broadway performers, world-class cuisine and so much more. Light The Night is an inspirational evening event benefiting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) funding of research to find blood cancer cures. Light The Night brings communities together to celebrate those who are fighting the disease and to honor those we have lost. Each year friends, families and co-workers form teams to raise money in support of our mission. In the fall, these team and their communities Light The Night at our walks where we gather together to celebrate, honor and remember those touched by cancer. Each walker carries an iconic Light The Night illuminated lantern. White lanterns are carried by survivors and patients, red lanterns are carried in support of patients and finding cures, and gold lanterns are carried in remembrance of those we have lost.
