Concerns are being raised over proposed traffic calming measures in Newmarket on Fergus.
The proposed works centre on the R458 and R470 roads in the centre of Newmarket on Fergus will involve the construction of a raised tabletop to incorporate three junctions in the time, and the realignment of kerb lines at Main Street.
A public consultation on the proposed measures will be held in Newmarket on Fergus Community Hall on Tuesday, the 6th of May (4-6pm).
To discuss this further, Alan Morrissey was joined by Kevin McCormack, a resident of Newmarket on Fergus, who is concerned about what is proposed.
