Confessed Obsessed

WARNING GRAPHIC CONTENT: We talked about the Toolbox Killers before, this one has a name that people get mixed up a lot, the Toy Box killer. Even though their names sound familiar, when you listen to their cases it's very clear that they are not similar at all. The Toolbox killers murdered outside of their moving van, kidnapping and killing randomly, but the Toy Box killer seemed to be a lot more careful, planning his every move, and when he murdered someone he hid them so well we still have not been able to find them. All we have is a notebook depicting the murders, and a Toy Box full of horrors.

Today radium is used in fighting cancer and a number of other medically necessary reasons. You have to have a reason to be given medication that has traces of any radium in it and that is because of how dangerous it actually is. It is very possible that the use of radium in cancer treatments causes other cancers to develop, but we didn't know any of this at first. Radium was believed to be the best element we had ever found, leading many to think that it would extend their lives if they consumed large amounts of it, but in reality it only left them with a deadly glow.

The butterfly effect is when a small decision can drastically change the outcome of your life. In this creepy pasta we cover a story that is the perfect example of the butterfly effect. A boy turns to the internet to share an insane story that he experienced, and it all could have been changed, if he was never part of the balloon project. -Ft. Rae

A father walked down a river one day to wash up after camping the night before. His son little Alfred would end up following him, when the father was done washing up he began to walk back to camp, this little shadow following behind him. Everyone knows the story, you stand alone in a bathroom with a candle lit, repeating the name Bloody Mary three times in the mirror. Then you sit there, staring at yourself until she appears. A woman, sometimes covered in blood, sometimes gripping a dead baby, and sometimes she'll speak, promising to come for you, or your babies. The story of Bloody Mary is a real one, she was once a real person, but are you willing to risk the chant and the consequences to get a glimpse of what she looked like?

Have you ever watched the TV show hoarders? If you have, it is clear that the people who are featured in that show are a little different. They can live in very unkempt dirty homes surrounded by objects and garbage that they don't need anymore, but they seem to have a need to keep everything. Animals that are subjected to that lifestyle are often let loose to roam, and some end up dying, becoming part of the hording stashes. But not all hoarders only have paper, garbage, and the occasional dead animals in their home, some keep mummified bodies hidden under their papers.

A woman stepped out onto the street one day, but as her foot met the pavement, her body began to twist and twitch, until she was full blown dancing in the streets. The people that passed by stared at this woman, who would continue to dance for days on end. Her feet soon were bloodied and bruised, and her face twisted up into a painful frown, but she continued to dance, day by day. Then she began to get backup dancers, whose feet also bleed as they danced with her for days on end. This would be the start of one of the strangest mysteries we have yet to solve, the Dancing Fever.

Having a god complex is one thing. A god complex is when you decide if someone is going to live or die, on the other hand, a hero complex is putting people in dangerous situations then saving them. As Richard Angelo grew up slowly becoming more and more obsessed with being praised, he did well in school and he did well as a kid. And as he grew older he realized that being a hero, being praised and looked up to felt nice. He wanted to be the hero all of the time, and easily decided his next step in life was to become a nurse, with a hero complex.

It's a wonder how it took us so long to even crack the code on some of those letters, but even though we've now cracked this code, and they now have a name they believe is the killers, this case still remains open, and unsolved.
