Confessions of a dancer podcast

Today's episode was a tough one to talk about-I'm revisiting some of my hardest times during my college years and emphasising the importance of good mental health, especially in dance.

Disclaimer: Please note, I do talk about sensitive subjects around mental health in this episode which may be upsetting for some listeners.

Today I'm talking about that time I accidentally started a dance school and how I never intended to even teach, let alone run a school and how letting go of outcomes and expectations helped get me there.
