Today I speak about a book called the 4 Agreements that I became aware of recently.

The book talks about 4 principles to live life by based on ancient Toltec wisdom and that if you live by these 4 principles you can find personal freedom and let go of self-limiting beliefs are no longer serving you or that may be contributing to you feeling the way you do or impacting on how you live your life.
