Confidence conversation with Liz Ramirez, CEO of the Chicano Federation.  

Liz is passionate about community and empowering women.  In the last two years, Liz has been Director of Philanthropy, Chief Impact Officer, and now is beginning her latest role as CEO.  In this conversation, Liz shares her perspective on confidence including rebuilding confidence.  Liz also talks about identifying gaps in the organizational need and being prepared to fill those gaps, the courage to go for what you believe in, as well as the importance of community over the course of her career.
