Conflicting Credence Dilemma
The Ochelli Effect 1-3-2019 Carmine Savastano
The initial intent of this particular Thor’s Day discussion was to discuss the damage done by false sexual assault claims. What emerges is a study in how two intelligent people can view the reality of justice and the validity of data collected in a world that is most often thought to be black and white in nature. Life and reality are more active in the grayscale.
A lot of the two hours was dominated by a heated debate that we leave to the listener’s judgment.
Perhaps we can all agree that much can be done to improve all the situations described.
Are statistics and data from the American legal system a fair representation of reality?
