SCOTUS has placed itself above Congress, the Constitution, and the Founders. The Court is corrupted by a handful of morbidly rich “friends” whose affiliated groups are constantly bringing cases or amicus briefs to the Court. Congress needs to exercise its regulatory duty over the court.
