This week Carol and Trish talk with our guest Rhian Williams from In My Sober Skin.

Rhian quit alcohol on Saturday 14th March 2020 after 15 years of worshipping wine. She became a sober coach because she found the lack of support available frustrating. As a woman, and more specifically a mother, she felt she couldn’t talk to anyone about her drinking problem and felt very ashamed.

As an IHPM approved practitioner her mission is to now provide women with a safe, open and non-judgemental environment to talk through their issues and empower them to make positive changes.

In Rhian's words - I work with women who are questioning their drinking habits, by breaking the stigma of having a ‘drinking problem’ and giving them tools and strategies to cut down or quit drinking so they no longer feel ashamed.
