Malaysia has embarked on a number of measures to ensure that ICT can benefit our rural communities with investments in world-class infrastructure like MSC or Multimedia Super Corridor. In supporting the government’s effort to promote digital inclusion, particularly in the rural communities in Malaysia, Qualcomm and Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) are forming a synergistic collaboration.
