My approach is to tell the AI to push back. Ask it to argue against the idea, show what it may be missing, explain the assumptions, and identify what would make the answer wrong. Then cross-check the important claim with another model and, when the stakes are real, with the licensed professional or original source responsible for the facts.

AI is useful. It is not the final authority. One answer is a starting point, not proof.
