Today on the podcast I interviewed a good friend of mine named Brett. Brett served in the US Army during the Iraq War and has an extensive career in law enforcement across different agencies. Brett is also a blue belt in Jiu Jitsu at Atos Jiu Jitsu HQ. We had a great conversation filled with a lot of laughs and knowledge (also my German Shepherd made several appearances).
You wanted a guest and we got him on the show! Firefighter Captain and Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Matt comes on the podcast to share his knowledge of being a firefighter for over 20 years and the lessons he has learned in life on the mats and out in the world fighting fires!
I'm back after a long hiatus! On this episode, I discuss "courage" and how it is needed in life to accomplish all of your goals and dreams. I read 11 short stories of men and women, who most people may have not known of, who showed incredible courage and bravery throughout history. I also discuss a situation in my life where I had to dig deep to show courage and attack my fears in which I faced potential serious injury/death as a result of an international trip. Stay tuned!
