I hope you enjoy today's episode. I share my life's journey as I question the ways of the church and curve my own path in terms of my spirituality. As with everything, I strongly believe that our choices make us who we are and I needed to make a conscious choice over what being spiritual means for me. Any questions are welcome. Intentions are our daily whys that lead to results we would say are satisfying or otherwise. Being intentional is not only having a why, because we always have those, but also making your why conscious so you can analyze its usefulness. On today's episode, we dive into the silent intentions that we may not be willing to face thus ending up being counterproductive. Enjoy.

A wise man once said; No matter where you go, there you are. Meeting yourself is therefore the most centering thing you could ever do. I mean totally meeting yourself, all you are, all you have been, and all you could be. Enveloping all these in grace, kindness, and authenticity becomes the sweet symphony we seek in this existence. We need to know where we start and end, so we can see where the rest of it comes from.
Awareness and understanding go hand in hand. Sometimes that is all you need to make peace with things as they are or with someone in your life. I hope you enjoy this episode.
We tend to relate based on our values, yet we value things based on our needs. This is also the case with today's kinds of human relationships. However, there's a place where we can go deeper in love past our needs and relative values. I talk about this in today's episode.
The 6 Pillars of Self-Esteem by Dr. Nathaniel Branden is one of the most impactful books I have come across. In this episode, I share 6 lessons I have appreciated from the book and list the 6 pillars highlighted in the book. It is definitely worth a read.
