We tend to bypass how we love ourselves because many of us are yet to have an honest relationship with ourselves. We have been taught before that man is a selfish creature and so from this idea, we naturally love ourselves. But this is the wrong way to look at it. In today's episode, although somehow random, I try to express the importance of rethinking 'As You Love Yourself' from the famous verse Mathew 23:39.
In what areas of your life have you always thought you should just be good? What if, instead of staying stuck in the realization that you are not actually good at it, you commit to start learning? This is the beauty of personal capacity building in our day-to-day lives. Turning 18 does not make you an able adult. Personal capacity building does.
It takes a lot to be you, and that's beautiful. Being intentional is ultimately betting on yourself. You can never be sure about what another will do to uphold your well-being and growth. But at least to can commit to betting on yourself every step of the way. Happy 2023...

Healing is not an easy process, but it is definitely worth it. As human beings, we are whole at our very core. However, because of the experiences we have in our lifetime, we often have this concept of being wounded and hence needing healing. The beautiful thing is that healing brings us back to truth. Better so, we get to truly experience the seven elements I bring our attention to in this episode. Enjoy!
We are so used to feedback when it comes to formal settings such as in school and at work. However, no one talks about the feedback we receive in our daily activities whereas the relationship we have with life revolves around feedback. In this episode, I draw our awareness to feedback and ask us to consciously check how we relate to it. It might just help you rethink your life entirely...
This is episode one of All Day Intentional and I am making an introduction on what to expect in general. I break down the dance of fate and free will and also clarity and progress. As I mentioned, this is not about radical productivity or perfection but about owning our progress. I hope you enjoy and share the episode.

On the 1st and the 15th of every month, I use these platforms to share life tracks, skills, tips, and touch-ups in the hope of re-sharing what I've learned. My intention is to let someone know that life is not fixed but fluid. That you have a choice and I hope you choose to intentionally create a life you love being in. Coz maybe, just maybe that's what we need to make this world a place worth living in.
I'm Tali Victory and I pledge to be all day intentional.
