This show was meant to be about lunar standstills, yet that's not quite what happened.  It often happens with Brett and I.  Lots of Gemini between us.  What ended up being discussed were the three main zodiacs, some astronomy, and a hint of the lunar standstill.  We will treat this one as part 1; part 2 will cover what we originally set out to explore.  It's more lecture than anything, but I think you will learn loads from listening.

In this pod, I give some time to explain the latest changes to the show.  For many of you, nothing may seem to change; for others, it may be confusing or abrupt.  Inspired by the Jungian concept of constellating psyche, this new title borrows some of its spirit around fully engaging with "archetypes" and leans more into the planetary side of the equation.  There will be more focus on cycles moving forward.  There will also be many more shows that may seem unrelated to astrology but will be essential for our exploration of all these wyrd ideas.  Glad I've still got you along for the ride.

This is the first show under the new banner/name Constellating Cosmos.  It's the third name and hopefully the last.  To set off on this new journey, I've decided to share this conversation I recently had with Jonathan Fredette.  He's a fellow mycophile out in Oregon and also has a mushroom company called Evolved Mushrooms.  I really enjoyed meeting him.  It reminded me that I've never met a mushroom person I didn't like.  They are all fun guys and gals.
