Monica Fontaine, Construction Manager at Built, brings to her nearly 20-year career an unmatched level of enthusiasm and passion based on a sincere love of the construction game and on solving the particular issues and problems it presents. Monica has had the experience of working at home here in Melbourne, as well as 3 years working in London. Her depth of experience and wealth of skills delivering health, education and laboratory facilities is unparalleled and has seen her advance swiftly to her current leadership role. Among these, she has tackled some of the biggest challenges relating to health sector refurbishment projects managing the interface and all requirements of an operating hospital to successfully complete highly complex works, without compromise to programme or quality. The years of working in live hospitals, has provided Monica with the skills to work in any live environment and brown field project. All of these experiences have culminated in her role now as a Construction Manager at Built primarily on the fit out & refurbishment projects, but across all health projects whether it be refurbishment or construction.
