2021 marked 6 years since I started my business and became self-employed and started this crazy journey of trying to find a "balance" of managing my chronic illness while running an online business.

It has been a very imperfect journey but I'm proud that I'm still standing in my business, life and with my health.

One of m favourite podcast's is by Sam Laura Brown called The Perfectionism Project. I've enjoyed listening to her podcast for year's and have always enjoyed her monthly Personal Growth Updates and since starting Continuously Brave I've always wanted to do my own so I was completely inspired by her and I a book I began reading in June to finally make the jump and record my own version.

Partly because the podcast is called Continuously Brave, partly because of the book I've been reading and finally also because I never feel freaking brave I decided to call these episodes Finding Brave!
