Convergence Church

The birth pangs of a fresh move of the Spirit of God are being felt across the earth right now. We are not called to simply wait for a move of God—we’ve been invited to recognize what He is doing and step into it now.

Mary Magdalene runs from the garden in John 20 after seeing Jesus declaring “I HAVE SEEN THE LORD.”  Throughout the message there are powerful testimonies of how people have encountered Jesus. He is not dead but He is alive!

Culture didn’t create sex, God did. Culture didn’t create marriage, God did. Culture can't redefine what God created. In this message, Pastor Andrew Fish talks about what the Bible says about sex and sexuality.

Every single believer is called to live on mission. We are not called to do missions but to live a missional life. That means it isn’t just something we occasionally do but it is a lifestyle.

In this message, we give a missions update from organizations and people we support as a church all over the world. We also get to hear about what the Lord did in Guatemala. You are called to live on mission!

Jesus taught us that the Kingdom of Heaven is like a seed that grows. In this message, Nikki explains how to partner with Jesus for the purpose of maturity that he desires for our lives.

As we continue our series on the Kingdom of God, Jason explores what it means to come to God like an infant—in full dependence on Him. He unpacks the challenge of prioritizing God’s Kingdom without neglecting our families and calls us to examine how we’re living out our relationships within both our earthly families and our spiritual family in Christ.

We will only have the fullness of the kingdom of God on earth as it is in Heaven with both men and women leading. We need the voice, leadership, and gifts that women have in the Church. In this message, Pastor Andrew Fish talks about God’s design in the garden of creating women. He then goes through the two key passages of scripture, 1 Corinthians 14:34-36 and 1 Timothy 2:8-15 that have been used to prohibit women from speaking, leading, and pastoring alongside men specifically in a public church environment.

“When you look at the whole of scripture you find women teaching men, you find women leading as prophetesses, judges, and apostles. You find women walking with Jesus. You find women evangelizing. You find that the great commission is both men and women going into all the earth making disciples of all nations.”

The Kingdom of God is a kingdom of radical honor. Join us for a powerful message that will give you practical keys to releasing honor and bringing others into their place of inheritance at the King’s table.

This week we started a new series about the kingdom of God. Pastor Andrew kicked off the series talking about what the kingdom of God is and how we are called to seek first the kingdom. The kingdom of God means the rule of God. It means His authority, His reign, and His power. We are part of the kingdom of God which means we are to bring His kingdom everywhere we go.

In Acts 1:8 Jesus tells the disciples that when the Holy Spirit comes he will give them power to be His witnesses. We live in the new covenant when the Holy Spirit has been poured out! The Holy Spirit empowers us to be a witness. This means to tell people about Jesus and what we have seen, heard, and experienced.
