For 25 years Gerry Davies was an anaesthetist in the USA.
For the last 13 years Gerry has been researching prevention medicine, becoming fascinated with the new research in epidemiology and the molecular mechanisms of ageing and age-related diseases, which are now our primary public health problems.
For the past 10 years, Gerry has been doing research and testing formulas that replace starch and sugar with superfoods and fibres, so other individuals and companies can produce low carb, high fibre versions of a variety of the baked and processed foods that we all love.
As a result Gerry has created his company, longevity foods, along with his amazing fibre flour.
